Job Opportunity: Head Coach for Rwanda National Volleyball Teams

The Rwanda Volleyball Federation (FRVB) is seeking for a dynamic and experienced international Volleyball Coach to serve as Head Coach for our Senior, Junior, and Youth National Teams. This full-time role, based in Kigali, Rwanda offers a unique chance to lead Rwanda’s volleyball excellence, develop high-performance strategies, and mentor local coaches toward global standards.

Position: Head Coach for Rwanda National Volleyball Teams

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing coaching programs and team preparation for national and international competitions.
• Providing technical workshops, performance analysis, and athlete development pipelines.
• Collaborating with FRVB’s Technical Directorate, international bodies, and stakeholders to elevate Rwandan volleyball.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (any field) and FIVB Level II Coaching Certification.
• 10+ years Coaching Clubs and 5+ years with high-level national teams.
• Proven expertise in team management, data analysis (Excel/PowerPoint), and strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
